Puskesmas Hendra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.,Manage a team of commis chefs and assist in training new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and waste disposal.,Assist the head chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commis chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.Experience with kitchen equipment and tools.Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
