TRACE Sejahtera is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales consultants in providing excellent customer service and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist sales consultants in providing product information and recommendations to customers.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space to enhance the shopping experience.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Proactive and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
