📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales associates and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management strategies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Analyze sales data and provide insights for decision-making.,Plan and execute promotional events and sales campaigns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
