📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor and maintain financial records, including sales reports and budgeting.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and team management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail management software.
