🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
