📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to any security incidents.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Manage and supervise security personnel.,Handle security-related emergencies and crises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in security management or a related role.,Knowledge of security systems, CCTV, and access control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security clearance and legal right to work in Indonesia.,Proficiency in Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience in managing security personnel is a plus.
