This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to make an impact from day one. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Manage leave and attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's growth by attracting and retaining top talent.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Creative and proactive problem-solver.
