As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles used by the healthcare facility. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles used by the healthcare facility.,Coordinate vehicle schedules, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost-effectiveness of the fleet.,Handle vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and service records.,Provide support to drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and best practices.
