📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor and optimize logistics costs to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.,Implement and maintain logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics and delivery services.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.,Maintain and update logistics documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers, vendors, and customers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
