📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival and departure,Answer and direct inquiries about the health center's services and facilities,Schedule and confirm appointments for patients,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits,Assist with front desk administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area,Promote a friendly and professional environment for all visitors,Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
