Cafe Oka Kebab is looking for a Lead Instructor to join our team. As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring our staff in various culinary skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve culinary skills of the staff.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure high standards of food quality and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's menu and recipes.,Conduct regular training evaluations and provide feedback to improve training effectiveness.,Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to enhance the restaurant's offerings.,Manage and lead a team of instructors and staff in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or chef in a similar role.,Proven ability to teach and mentor others effectively.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
