📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors,Participate in training and development programs for store staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven experience in managing and leading a team,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and marketing,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus,Ability to drive sales growth and profitability
