📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our towage and maritime logistics services.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of vessel movements, cargo handling, and port operations.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of our vessels and operations.
• Monitor and optimize our fleet's performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Provide operational support to our sales and customer service teams.
• Work closely with our technical and administrative teams to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, towage, or logistics.
• Proficient in using maritime software and tools, such as VesselView, Fleet Management System, and Cargo Management System.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid COPC (Certificate of Proficiency in English) or equivalent.
