📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.,Assist clients with various tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling appointments, managing emails, and coordinating travel arrangements.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling client information.,Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet client deadlines and expectations.,Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.,Adapt to changing priorities and be flexible in your approach to problem-solving.,Maintain a clean and professional workspace, both physically and virtually.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High level of confidentiality and discretion.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
