As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly attitude.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Assist with front desk operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Familiarity with English language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
