In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.,Manage the account budget and ensure financial targets are met.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and dental industry is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
