📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.,Implement and maintain quality control measures.,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of production activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
