📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain accurate records of all purchases, including invoices, receipts, and order forms.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and equipment as needed.,Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure we are getting the best value for our money.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to purchasing and inventory management.,Work closely with the dental team to understand their needs and ensure we have the necessary supplies and equipment.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with purchasing software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about dentistry and committed to providing high-quality dental services.
