This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.,Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly.
