📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.,Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and maintenance.,Offer excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.,Document all interactions and support provided to clients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and technical support.,Strong knowledge of RTA (Road Transport Authority) systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
