📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to the management team.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract potential candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide solutions.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Certification in recruitment or HR-related fields is a plus.
