Ecowater Technology Indonesia is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the operations of our Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Jakarta Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, project management, and a passion for sustainable water solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the WWTP and WTP, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Manage and coordinate with a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve operational goals.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of treatment facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and sustainability.,Monitor and report on water quality and treatment performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all environmental laws and regulations, and manage any necessary permits and certifications.,Collaborate with external stakeholders, including government agencies and local communities, to address environmental concerns.,Lead and mentor the team to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the water treatment industry.,Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to water treatment.,Proven experience in project management and operational oversight.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for work.,Certifications in environmental management or water treatment are a plus.
