📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.,Implement and enforce adidas retail policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality shopping experience.,Train and develop sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge of the products and services offered.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and adidas policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
