Net Shine Pratama is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team in Seminyak. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive banking experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.,Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cash handling and record-keeping.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash vault, ensuring proper procedures are followed.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Stay updated on banking regulations and procedures, and provide training to new employees as needed.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling and record-keeping procedures.,Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking technologies and systems.
