📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Support the sales team by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups, using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote events and drive attendance.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients have a positive experience.
• Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance your skills.
• Attend and represent Eminence Organization at industry events and trade shows.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event management.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in the travel or events industry is a plus.
