📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety best practices and environmental protection.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety-related activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or development industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using safety management software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
