In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our IT services are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be involved in the procurement process, working with our procurement team to identify and evaluate potential vendors. Additionally, you will play a key role in our IT service management processes, ensuring that our vendors adhere to our service level agreements and quality standards.

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors, ensuring that our IT services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any issues or concerns related to our IT services.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist in the procurement process, identifying and evaluating potential vendors.
• Ensure that our IT services meet the highest standards of performance and security.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT vendor management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT vendor management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with vendor management software such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
