📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a frontline F&B service role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.
• Familiarity with using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for customer service and hospitality.
