The Province of Abra is seeking a dedicated Population Program Officer II to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role is pivotal in implementing and monitoring population-related programs that align with national and regional development goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement population programs that align with national and regional development goals.
• Conduct data analysis and monitoring to evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with local communities, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to design and execute programs.
• Utilize GIS software, data analytics platforms, and project management tools to track program progress.
• Provide technical assistance and training to community members on population-related issues.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on program outcomes and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Represent the Province of Abra at national and international conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Population Studies, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in population program management.
• Strong knowledge of population health, education, and sustainable living.
• Proficiency in GIS software, data analytics platforms, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
