📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of villa interiors and exteriors, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use professional cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and floor buffers.
• Inspect and restock villa amenities, including linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies.
• Follow and adhere to UBU VILLA's cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks and inspections using our in-house management system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for villa visits.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with using professional cleaning equipment and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
