📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging Mandarin and English language curricula tailored for preschoolers.
• Plan and conduct daily lessons using Montessori-based activities and interactive teaching methods.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize educational software and resources to supplement traditional teaching methods.
• Participate in school events and activities to enrich the learning experience for students.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin and English to preschoolers.
• Certification in Montessori education is a plus.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and innovative teaching methods to engage young learners.
