📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Lead and mentor a team of nursing and medical staff.
• Manage and optimize the use of clinical resources, including equipment and supplies.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical coordination or a similar role.
• Certification in clinical coordination or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including patient care, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using clinical management software, such as Epic or Cerner.
