As an E-Commerce Specialist at All Star Partner, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our online presence is both competitive and customer-centric. You will manage our listings on various marketplaces, optimize product descriptions and images, and ensure our inventory is always up-to-date. Additionally, you will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to maximize our online sales potential.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize product listings on multiple marketplaces including Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory management using systems like SAP or Oracle
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
• Provide regular reports on marketplace performance and sales metrics
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online transactions and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the sports merchandise industry
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus
