📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage cash drawer operations, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
