In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our entire IT infrastructure, including cloud services, data centers, and network security. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise software solutions, including ERP, CRM, and other critical systems.
• Manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, including cloud services, data centers, and network security.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our IT systems, including data protection and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in our IT landscape.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that support our business growth and digital transformation.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in enterprise software solutions.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including cloud services, data centers, and network security.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment, preferably in Bali.
