As a Waiter/Waitress at PT. SSP TAURUS GEMILANG INDONESIA, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure that their dining experience is memorable. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring that all food and beverage items are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Take and record orders accurately
- Ensure that food and beverage items are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist with table setup and cleanup
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Provide recommendations for food and beverage items based on guest preferences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
