📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring that the warehouse is well-organized and that all parts are accounted for.
• Process orders, communicate with suppliers, and ensure that all parts are delivered on time.
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for re-stocking as needed.
• Ensure that all parts are properly labeled and stored.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their spare parts needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
