📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and documents using BambooHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the HR team to organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software, particularly BambooHR, is a plus.
